In the video the contractor talks about how he began working in the concrete business at the age of ten. The summer time was when he worked in high school, and he learned the basic skills. After high school, he attended college and worked at the same job during summer vacations.
The worker determined that he didn’t have the time in the subject he was studying, and that he preferred to work. He returned to the concrete company which he was employed by and began full-time work.
After a few months, he began to consider whether he would like to establish a company of his own. The idea was repeatedly pushed by another mentor to start his own business. When he was 20 years old, he launched his business in concrete.
Even though he could build and lay concrete but he wasn’t sure how to run a successful business. It was a difficult learning curve that had several obstacles the way. But he fought through them and achieved and is managing his own business on 35 years.
